Who is Vaza Tours?
Vaza Tours is a 100% Malagasy travel company based in Antsiranana (Diego-Suarez), in northern Madagascar. The team is led by Edi Armand, a licensed tour guide and tour operator accredited by the Ministry of Tourism of Madagascar.
What kind of trips can you arrange?
Half-day and full-day excursions around Nosy Be and Diego-Suarez, multi-day circuits across Madagascar, shore excursions for cruise passengers calling at Antsiranana, and tailor-made private journeys built around your dates, interests and pace.
Where do your excursions take place?
Two main bases: Nosy Be (Lokobe Reserve, Mont Passot, Nosy Komba, Nosy Tanikely, Nosy Iranjaโฆ) and Diego-Suarez (Amber Mountain, Ankarana, the Red Tsingy, the Three Bays and the Emerald Sea), plus itineraries across northern, southern and western Madagascar.
Are trips private or shared?
Both are possible. Small-group and private tours are available, and every tour can be tailored to your interests โ adventure, culture, nature or relaxation.

When is the best time to visit Madagascar?
The dry season generally runs from April to November. The north โ Antsiranana, Amber Mountain, Ankarana and the Three Bays โ is at its best from June to September, while Nosy Be works well from May to November. We will tell you honestly what is at its best for your dates.
